About Medi-notes

Medi-notes is unique in that it supplies generic, professional, easy to understand, patient information written in plain English, in a quality print and electronic format for hospitals, surgeries, clinics and other medical facilities.
Medi-notes was set up by Jane Wilson as a result of her ten years’ experience in providing patient information leaflets for the Whittington Hospital. During this time she was approached by other hospitals as a freelance consultant to provide similar customised information leaflets.
Medi-notes has produced leaflets for The British Cardiac Society and now has a number of cardiac leaflets (See Latest News)
